The West County Chamber offers a range of sponsorships to meet the needs of all sizes of businesses. For information or to inquire about sponsoring any of the events below, email Kim Wirt. Possibilities include:
Tuesday Topics Networking Breakfasts: $150 sponsorship allows you the opportunity to set up a display about your business, place information at every setting, and give a 5 minute presentation on your organization. Also includes promotion as a sponsor in E-News* and newspaper announcements. These monthly breakfasts, held on the 4th Tuesday of every month at 8 a.m. at Kaufmann’s, offer a mix of informal networking, roundtable introductions, and an informative program. Estimated attendance 30-50.
Mixer Host – Provide hors d’oeuvres and beverages (alcohol optional but appreciated) for an evening event at your place of business. This is an excellent opportunity for restaurants and caterers to showcase their capabilities (cash bar is encouraged). Includes promotion in E-News*, newspaper announcements, on event program and signage, and exposure for your business the day of the event. This monthly event is held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at rotating locations. Estimated attendance 30-50.
A.M. Connect - Provide continental breakfast and beverages for a morning networking mixer at your place of business for those who prefer mornings. Includes promotion in E-News*, newspaper announcements, on event program and signage, and exposure for your business the day of the event. This monthly morning mixer is held on the 4th Tuesday of the month from 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. at rotating locations. Estimated attendance 15-20.
President’s Welcome Reception - Provide continental breakfast, coffee, and (optionally) place to meet and includes promotion in E-News*, newspaper announcements, on event program, and opportunity to introduce your business at the event. Estimated attendance 20-25.
Small Business Council Seminars: Provide food, beverages and location, or $250 sponsorship allows you the opportunity to set up a display about your business and give a 5 minute presentation on your organization. Also includes promotion as a sponsor in E-News* and newspaper announcements.. Quarterly seminars designed to help small business owners improve their operations and increase their bottom line with topics such as outsourcing, marketing, social media, and more.
Annual Meeting Sponsor - $450. Includes your logo on mailer promoting the event, promotion in E-News*, newspaper announcements, logo on event program and signage, and five minutes to promote your business the day of the event. Estimated attendance 75-100.
Tour & Taste West County Sponsor – Exploring the development occurring in West County, and opportunities to connect with the people making it happen. Packages range from $125 for a ¼ page ad to $1500 for a Platinum sponsorship. For more information, see the Signature Events (hyperlink) page. Held in October. Estimated attendance 200+.
Celebrate Community Awards Dinner – Honoring the educators, public safety officers, and military personnel who make West County special. Packages range from $175 for a ½ page ad, $400 to sponsor a table, to $2500 for a Platinum Sponsorship. For more information, see the Signature Events (hyperlink) page. Held in March. Estimated attendance 300+.
