West Anne Arundel County offers something for everyone – rural living for those who prefer open spaces, single-family homes and apartments, established neighborhoods and new construction. We recommend you check our Community Descriptions before settling on an area in which to live – each community has its own character, and we’re sure you’ll find one that fits your needs. And for those of you looking to commute to Washington, DC or Baltimore, we anticipate completion of our first transit-oriented development, The Village at Odenton Station, by late 2010 – leave your car behind and walk to the MARC station for an easy commute, then return home to enjoy the pedestrian-friendly amenities of the Odenton Town Center.
