The Chamber offers a variety of events each month for members looking to network with other businesspeople. Among the opportunities offered are:
Tuesday Topics Networking Breakfasts: These monthly breakfasts, held on the 4th Tuesday of every month at 8 a.m. at Kaufmann’s, offer a mix of informal networking, roundtable introductions, and an informative program. Cost to attend is $20/Chamber members, $30/non-members.
West County – The Mixer: A pay-as-you-go, informal evening mixer, this monthly event is held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at The Green Turtle at Arundel Mills. No cost to attend but be sure to register in advance – space is limited and this event always “sells” out!
Beyond BRAC Briefs: Looking for information about the growth at Fort Meade? The Beyond BRAC Brief, held the 1st Wednesday of every other month at 9 a.m. at the West County Chamber office, is your chance to get the latest data on who’s here, who’s growing, and what services they’re looking for. Free for Chamber members.
Business After Hours: Occasional evening mixers hosted by West County Chamber members to highlight their business. Contact the Chamber office to schedule yours!
President’s Reception: A chance for new members to meet Board members and committee chairs, learn more about the Chamber, and identify opportunities for involvement. Held every other month at rotating locations. Free for Chamber members.
Small Business Council Seminars: Quarterly seminars designed to help small business owners improve their operations and increase their bottom line with topics such as outsourcing, marketing, social media, and more.
Multi-Chamber Power Networking Breakfasts: Introduce your business and exchange business cards with members of other area chambers and business groups at these semi-monthly “speed-dating” networking breakfasts. Dates and locations vary; cost to attend is $25/Chamber members, $45/non-members.
