Ambassadors Club

Businesses join a chamber to network, identify possible new business opportunities and promote their products or services, as well as to help support their communities. You can do all of these things and more in the West County Chamber. These benefits of membership do not just happen. You will need to get involved in the Chamber’s activities in some fashion to accrue them.

The purpose of the Ambassadors Club is to not only welcome prospective and new members but to help new members get the most out of their membership. Each new member is assigned an Ambassador to help them explore opportunities in a manner that is appropriate for their business and membership goals. Your Ambassador should discuss your reasons for joining the Chamber and help you craft a strategy that will assist you in achieving those goals, whether it is help with meeting potential business partners, networking at Chamber functions, identifying the right functions to attend, getting involved in Committees that further your objectives, sponsoring a Committee or becoming a Chamber sponsor.  Ambassadors also attend Chamber events to welcome members to the event and assist with questions, help members feel at ease and aid in networking.

The Ambassadors Club, along with the Membership Retention Committee, is also charged with retaining members. If you are not getting the kind of membership results you seek, your Ambassador can help provide input to the Chamber regarding your ideas or concerns.
